Frequently Asked Questions

All orders ship from our Dallas, Texas warehouse. Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, though carrier delays may extend this window.

After we ship your order through Shopify, you’ll get a tracking email with your tracking number and live updates. If it’s not in your inbox, try checking spam.

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition. Just notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
